The jungle room was situated at the back of the property so it was quiet and had privacy. Parking and check in was easy. Location was close to good restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at LULA. Rooms are very spacious attention is paid to the detail. Staff is friendly and helpful we arrived 3 hours early for check in and staff give us free beach bed and free sangrias while room was being prepared. It’s a beautiful place on Sunday they had very talented singer playing live music it was perfect stay. Will be back ️

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

The place was so cute and clean. The staff is very friendly. The onsite parking is secure and very convenient. The property is on both the beach side and the jungle side, so you get to experience both sides. We love their beachfront restaurant and beach club. they also gave us free drinks for beach clubs nearby. They also have onsite shopping, which is great! We would highly recommend it.

Small improvement suggested: All activities are not included and way too much expensive for the price we pay as Hotel customer: for example 1 hour yoga is at 30 Canadian Dollars, 1 hr massage at 150 Canadian - my suggestion is to have free wellness activities for hotel customers Another warning for familly with small kids: if you take the jungle view rooms (very nice, quiet and closer to the pool) you must cross the street to access the main hotel areas, restaurant and beach.....

We had a fab stay at Lula. Would definitely go back and recommend for sure! The concierge were so lovely and helpful!

Fantastic location on Tulum beach. Beautiful set up. Lula’s kitchen was excellent and great vibes on the weekend. Excellent wellness programme if you’re into that.

Showers!!!! Always good to have a proper shower after a day on the beach but the water pressure was dreadful :(

Recommended!!!!

Great location at the beach in Tulum (but if you are staying there, you must know that there is heavy traffic jam at nights - specially Friday and Saturday) due to the busy location. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and clean. The restaurant was fairly good (but pricey as everything in Tulum), we had breakfast there 2 days and dinner 1 day, but there is also other very good options close, I`d recommend to try others. The beach club was very good, with sofas and comfortable places.

Beach towels at room were not really towels, could be better. Could have a clothes rack to put wet beachwear. When we were there, the beach had some Sargasso which is not their fault (but I don`t think they clean that as other hotels do), it didn`t impact on our lovely stay and we were able to enjoy the sea though.

Quiet and peaceful hotel with modern amenities. Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean room and facilities. Small and quaint but very peaceful and modern property overall. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating and the food at Lula's kitchen was fantastic.

Though it's still in the party zone along Tulum Beach, it's just a bit further walk to the bigger restaurants and beach clubs. But honestly no more than like a 15 min walk

the place is crystal clean and peaceful, the food was good, staff was very attentive

it is a pitty that the masseuse only worked from 10 am till 5 pm, so you are no able to get treatment after a day exploring the neighbouring tourist attractions

Beautiful place for quiet stay

The location was perfect, quiet and lovely. The beach was clean, as the staff tried to get rid of seagrass as soon as it appeared. However, it would have been much more efficient in case they used special equipment like some other hotels.

SPA was working only till 5 pm, so it was impossible to book a massage after a day out. The menu for breakfast could be more varied.

Mediterranean touch on the Caraïbes sea !

We like it All! So Keep it as it is. Quite. Beautiful . Clean. All Well maintained . Don’t make it a fancy place , crowded, with noise, disturbance , bad behaviors, etc .

The price a little bit high and nothing included , neither the breakfast . But as it was so good, it’s acceptable !

Always happy to come back!

This was the best vacation experience we had so far. Lula is amazing. From morning coffee to watch the sunrise to evening surprises, we loved every minute we spent in Lula and it was definitely great choice. Location of the hotel is very convenient, providing guests with calm and peaceful atmosphere but within walking distance to fancy clubs and restaurants. Big thanks for our happy memories go to all hotel employees, particularly the ones at the reception desk who helped with all our requests.

Great location with minimal amenities, but good service & food

Restaurant was very good. Location unbeatable for great local restaurants and entertainment within walking distance . Room was kept very clean. Although sparsely appointed the room was comfortable with a very comfy bed. Staff was attentive and helpful, but in no way proactive.

Pool was very small, essentially a plunge pool. No exercise facilities other than yoga studio.
